What You'll Need To Do

Schedule dates for team trainings and working sessions.

Your internal implementation lead will be responsible for continuing the broader rollout and adoption efforts following the initial implementation support.

Estimated Timeline

Projects can typically begin within 1–2 weeks of payment.

A standard SmartLaunch Essentials rollout is usually completed over a 2–4 week period.

We can support up to two team rollouts simultaneously. Larger organizations may be scheduled in multiple implementation waves.

Team Size

To ensure effective training and support, large teams are divided into cohorts of no more than 15 participants.

This package is designed for a single team or department rollout.

For example:

• HR Team (5 people) = 1 cohort

• Marketing Team (26 people) = 2 cohorts

In this scenario, a total of 3 cohorts would be required.
