What You'll Need To Do

Schedule dates for team trainings and working sessions.

Estimated Timeline

Projects can typically begin within 1–2 weeks of payment.

A standard SmartLaunch Pro rollout is usually completed over a 6–8 week period.

We can support up to two team rollouts simultaneously. Larger organizations may be scheduled in multiple implementation waves.

Team Size

To ensure effective training and support, large teams are divided into cohorts of no more than 15 participants.

This package is designed for a single team or department rollout.

For example:

• HR Team (5 people) = 1 cohort

• Marketing Team (26 people) = 2 cohorts

In this scenario, a total of 3 cohorts would be required.

Scope of Implementation

This service is designed to help teams establish a strong foundation in Asana.

Your rollout includes:

• Moderate proficiency training

• Up to three workflow implementations

• Up to two rounds of revision before go-live

• Leadership reporting setup

• Support resources for ongoing growth

Additional workflow buildouts and advanced customization are available separately.
